Home Repair Opportunity Program
The Home
Repair Opportunity (HeRO) Program provides funding to meet the
need for home repair for low and moderate income homeowners in
non-metropolitan
areas of
Missouri. MHDC provides funds to selected community partners who
operate the program in the region they serve.
To be eligible to
receive funding, your town must be located within one of the
participating agency’s governing areas, meet income and other
requirements. See the below links for more information and who to
contact.
Eligible homeowners may receive cash assistance up to $20,000 for repairs.
Applications documents are not available through this site, applicants may
obtain them through a participating agency.
