First Place Loans
Our most popular
program for first-time homebuyers! Provides below-market interest
rates and cash assistance for down payment/closing costs. Homebuyers
with a household gross income less than $57,000 (1 or 2 person household)
or $65,550 (three or more person household) can qualify. Persons who
have owned a home within the previous three years are not eligible
unless buying in a
targeted area.
Qualified Veterans
If
you are a qualified veteran you do not have to be a first-time
homebuyer to qualify for the First Place Program.
Disaster Areas
If
you are purchasing a home in county that has been declared a
Presidential disaster area, you do not have to be a first-time
homebuyer and higher income and purchase price limits apply. See

Down Payment Assistance
This program
makes 6% grants available to qualifying homebuyers for down
payment or closing costs through non-profit agencies in many
communities in Missouri.
