Executive Director Erica Dobreff during their monthly meeting
Oct. 21 in Jefferson City. Dobreff had been serving as Executive
Director since July 1, 2001. Prior to assuming the executive
director duties, Dobreff served four years as MHDC director of
production. A search committee was appointed by the MHDC

Treasurer and MHDC Chairman Sarah Steelman.
The makeup of the Commission has changed this year with the
election of three new commissioners and the appointment of an
additional four commissioners. The governor, lieutenant

with up to six commissioners appointed by the governor.

the commission to serve as the interim Executive Director.
“We want to emphasize that this will be a seamless process that
emphasizes the continued stability of MHDC. Affordable housing
for our citizens plays a very vital role in the every day lives
