MHDC Housing & Shelter Assistance
> Shelter for homeless, and home repair for low-income
Special MHDC funding assistance to provide shelter to people who are homeless or those in imminent danger of becoming homeless. Additionally there is home repair assistance available for low-income homeowners. MHDC is providing this funding through Community Action Agencies.

> Homebuyer & additional home repair assistance
Homeownership: Mo-AID has also been announced. This program helps Missourians in certain disaster areas, who were affected by severe weather, purchase a home. This program provides financial assistance for down payment and/or closing costs.

Home Repair: "HeRO Program" is an MHDC program provides funding to meet the need for home repair for low and moderate income homeowners in non-metropolitan areas of Missouri.
