2008 Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HR 3221)

 

The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HR 3221) was passed by both the House and the Senate and signed into law by President Bush on 7/30/08.Below are links to resources related to MHDC’s implementation of multifamily housing provisions related to the federal low-income housing tax credit and tax-exempt bond programs.
