Certified Housing Inspectors

 

Borrowers should obtain a detailed home inspection of the property. MHDC does not maintain lists of approved home inspectors but lists of certified inspectors can be obtained through the following organizations.  Each organization has a searchable database with searches by ZIP code or large city name.
