bulletParticipating lenders need verification of eligibility of the property address and not-for–profit seller status by the City of Kansas City Missouri. *(lenders click here for eligibility form)



Loan Options:
 

bulletFirst Mortgage through MHDC with a 30 year fixed rate mortgage at our non cash assistance interest rate.
 
bulletDown payment is available through the city of Kansas City’s Dream Program (click here for more details and qualifications for that program)

Additional Income Guideline Information

The total gross annual household income for all residents living, or intending to live; in the home, age 18 or older; must be within the limits established for household income.

Total gross annual household income is calculated using all sources of income including; but not limited to; wages, overtime, bonuses, child support, alimony, commissions and earnings from a second job; business and investments.
