MHDC SF Construction Lending Program
Single Family Home Development – Joplin, Missouri, MSA

Request for Qualifications

MHDC has developed a program to provide construction financing to developers to build single family homes in the Joplin MSA that will be sold to low to moderate income families. The program provides $10 million in loans for construction of homes and will be made available to qualified builders who are awarded a loan in response to this RFQ. Proposals are due by September 15, 2011.
