Lender Training
MHDC is offering training for the First Place Loan Program, Next Step
Loan and the MCC programs. These programs are designed to help
homebuyers with down payment and closing cost assistance as well as
mortgage interest credit. The training will cover the benefits,
qualifications and paperwork required for these programs.
Who should attend? This training is designed to educate underwriters,
loan officers, closers, processors and shippers.
Lender training will be in the morning from 8:30 a.m. - noon and loan officer certification will be from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.
