Green Hills CAA opens affordable housing development

KANSAS CITY, Missouri -- Green Hills Community Action Agency has scheduled the grand opening ceremony for the Park View Plaza Apartments in Jamesport at 10 a.m., May 12.. 

This 16-unit development is being funded through a $323,000 federal HOME Community Housing Development Organization loan at 1 percent for 40 years, a $15,000 operating expenses grant, and $84,480 in federal and state housing tax credits.
