[KANSAS CITY] Training will be conducted Sept. 6 for all lenders participating in the City of Kansas City, Missouri Down Payment Assistance Programs. This three-hour session will be held at 600 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri, (K.C. Stake building), beginning at 9:00 a.m., Sept. 6, 2000.

The training will be conducted by Missouri Housing Development Commission's homeownership department and the Housing and Economic Development Financial Corporation (HEDFC), in cooperation with the City of Kansas City, Missouri.  The training includes information on the affordable housing programs sponsored by the city.

This class is mandatory for any lender wishing to participate in the MHDC-city partnership programs.  Program changes, new forms and a new manual will be discussed at this session.
