Commission offers opportunity for public comments on Tax Credit plan

 

The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) will hold public hearings July 21 on modifications to the 2005 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for administration of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit.  The plan details how Rental Housing Tax Credits will be allocated and the procedures for the allocation. The hearings will be held at the following locations:

The draft plan is scheduled to be presented to the entire Missouri Housing Development Commission for approval during their Aug. 20 monthly meeting in St. Louis and will guide the allocation of Housing Tax Credits for 2005.  All persons having an interest in commenting about the plan will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Staff recommends that all of those appearing in person provide written transcripts of their testimony.  MHDC staff will also receive written comments at their Kansas City Office:
