The following lists
represent staff recommendations for funding from the Rental
Production Program FY 2010 Notice of Funding Availability
(NOFA) round which have been presented to the commissioners
for approval. The commissioners will discuss the
recommendations and vote its final approval at its meeting
on February 19, 2010, which will be held at 9 a.m. at the
Capitol Plaza Hotel, Jefferson Room, 415 W McCarty,
Jefferson City, MO 65101. The results will be posted on this
web site no later than Tuesday, February 23.
Missouri Housing Development Commission has entered its
quiet period at this time. During the quiet period,
interested parties shall not initiate contact with
commissioners or employees. Failure to honor the quiet
period may, at the commission’s discretion, result in the
disqualification of the interested party’s proposal. Please
