MHDC has reserved the right NOT to adopt the 8823 guide in it's entirety.  We will post any compliance issue changes on the MHDC Web site under the section of News and Recent Items; LIHTC Compliance Manual REVISION NOTICES.  If there is no changes posted on the Web site, all compliance issues should be supported and referenced from the MHDC Manual, IRS code or HUD Handbook 4350.3.
