The Compliance Accounting Team (CAT) promotes the financial health of participating properties by monitoring compliance of program requirements for the Affordable Housing Tax Credits (AHTC), Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HOME, and/or MHDC Fund Balance properties. Reviews and approvals are performed annually for budgets and financial statements. Rent increases, are processed when requests are received.
