Please note that these forms and documents apply to all competitive and non-competitive Rental Production programs (9% LIHTC, 4% LIHTC, HOME, MHDC Fund Balances, MHDC Risk Share). The deadline for the submission of applications for the Round 2 NOFA for 9% Disaster LIHTC, 4% LIHTC, HOME, MHDC Fund Balances, and MHDC Risk Share is 4:30 p.m. CDT on June 5, 2009.
