Opening & Editing
Please use
Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher.
For Excel 2007, before
opening the file, you should check to make sure that Excel will run
macros. This application will not work properly unless macros are
enabled and the macro security setting allows macros to
run. To set Excel 2007 to run macros, you must be in the Excel
program with no workbooks open. Click on the "Office Button"
in the upper left hand corner. Then follow this path: Excel
Options/Trust Center/Trust Center Setting/Macro Settings. Then
check the box to "Enable All Macros." You can then re-open
the application file and it will run properly.
For applicants using Excel versions
before version 2007, this application will not work properly
unless macros are enabled and the macro security setting
allows macros to run. If upon entering the application file, you are
not prompted to “Enable Macros”, you will need to exit the
file and change the macro settings within Excel. To set Excel to run
macros, you must be in the Excel program with no workbooks open. On
the menu bar go to Tools/Macro/Security and then select
either “Medium” or “Low”. You can then re-open the
application. Upon re-opening the application file, you should then
elect to “Enable Macros.”
