Applicants seeking or receiving HOME funds for the rehabilitation or demolition of properties with existing occupants must follow the Uniform Relocation Act and HOME regulations for the temporary and permanent displacement of these residents.

Relocation Guidelines and Forms for All Other Rental Production Financing and LIHTC Programs

Applicants seeking or receiving 4% or 9% LIHTC, MHDC Fund Balances, or MHDC Risk Share financing for the rehabilitation or demolition of properties with existing occupants must follow the MHDC policies and the standards of RSMo 523.205 for the temporary and permanent displacement of these residents.
