MHDC "SCOPES" Initiatives Project Consulting

 

MHDC is ready to begin implementing many initiatives resulting from a recent assessment of our systems and processes dealing with departments that manage our multifamily housing programs. MHDC has nicknamed these initiatives “SCOPES”.

MHDC is seeking a qualified consulting service provider to act as a general contractor to provide overarching services to accomplish these goals. Some of the items expected to be accomplished may be directly handled by the Respondent, while others will be implemented by third-parties recommended by and in conjunction with the Respondent.

This RFP and related documents are now posted on our website via a message board. This message board will also be used for communicating updates and for interested parties to post questions and receive answers.
